Giving Thanks
This year leading up to Thanksgiving we are going to each write on a strip of paper what we are thankful for every night at dinner. Then the papers will get looped together and hung in the kitchen. Thanksgiving morning before going to dinner we are going to read them all again and talk about how many things we have to be thankful for.

What a neat idea Amy!! Its hard to find ways to get the kids to appreciate and think of all the things they have to be grateful for!! Thats a great way to make it fun!!!
Maybe this year at the Thanksgiving table my kids will have more to say than they are thankful for their families

What a fun idea. I absolutely love it. I have a Thankful tree that we use, but haven't got it out yet. I am behind. I am borrowing your idea for sure.
